What is TalentAid?
TalentAid helps you skip the endless search and focus only on roles that genuinely match your experience.
Upload your CV → we create your profile → you get curated job matches built around your real strengths.
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your email, LinkedIn or gmail. No credit card needed.
What happens after I upload my CV?
This is important:
We don’t reuse your CV or try to edit it.
Instead, we extract your experience and build a structured TalentAid profile - a clean, editable version of your professional background.
Your profile then powers:
Your job matches
Your long-term preferences
Your downloadable resume (generated from the profile, not your uploaded CV)
What if I don’t have a CV file?
No problem. You can download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF and upload that to get started — or simply add your information manually.

How do job matches work?
Our system looks at:
Your experience and skills
Context extracted from your CV
Your preferences (role, seniority, location, type of work)
Real job data aggregated from multiple job boards
We filter out noise and show you only the most relevant roles.

How do I update my matches?

Your Profile & Resume
What’s the difference between my CV and my TalentAid profile?
Your CV is the file you upload.
Your TalentAid profile is the structured version of that information — cleaner, editable, and used for matching.
Can I download a resume?
Yes. You can export a simple, ready-to-use resume generated from your TalentAid profile.
The information is wrong — how do I fix it?
Just edit your profile directly. You stay in full control.
Applying to Jobs
Can I apply through TalentAid?
You'll be redirected to the original job source (LinkedIn, company site, or job board).
No extra steps.
Does TalentAid track my applications?
Not in the MVP.
Your dashboard focuses on discovering strong matches quickly.
Pricing & Plans
Is TalentAid free?
Yes. All MVP features are free to use.
Do you offer refunds for paid plans?
If you ever purchase a plan and something feels off, contact us.
We’ll work out a fair solution.
Privacy & Data
How do you handle my personal data?
We anonymize contact details and store everything securely.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your data.
Troubleshooting
My CV won’t upload. What do I do?
Try:
PDF or DOCX formats
File size under 5MB
Removing unusual formatting or scanned pages
If it still doesn’t work, reach out.
My matches look incorrect. How can I improve them?
Review and update:
Your most recent role
Skills
Preferences
Location settings
Small edits = much sharper matches.
Some job posts look duplicated. Why?
We aggregate from multiple boards.
If you spot duplicates, please report them — it helps improve the platform.
