Do you keep my CV after the free check?
No. The file is read, scored and discarded. Nothing about it is stored, and there is no account for it to be attached to.
How do you decide which roles to show me?
We read your experience, the kind of work you want next and your practical constraints — location, seniority, salary — then score live openings against all of it. Every match shows you the reasons it scored well, so you can disagree with it.
Do you apply to jobs on my behalf?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. We get everything ready — the shortlist, a CV rewritten for each role, a cover letter in your voice — and you send it. Nothing leaves your hands without you.
Will a tailored CV still sound like me?
That is the constraint the rewriting works under. It changes emphasis, ordering and the words a posting expects to see. It does not invent experience you do not have, and it keeps your phrasing.
